Book of Jasher. Empty Book of Jasher.

What is the book of Jasher?  It is a historical book relating to the Jewish people.  It is classified as pseudo apocrypha literature and is NOT found in the Bible.  That being said, it is however quoted in the Bible.  It is listed in both Joshua 10:13 and 2 Timothy 3:8.  As such, I believe this book is worthy of study.
